Stashup Yarns came to me in three colorways (none sock yarn – – i have a three and a quarter socks to make before i can buy any more sock yarn!!), and a couple different bases:

so i seriously am working on some fun stuff…
this sock is for my sister out of austermann step in the beaded rib stitch pattern from sensational knitted socks.  it’s my first magic loop project and i’m kind of in love with the whole thing…  the yarn, the sock, the pattern, [...]

so i was out of town for a couple days and had my week of high fiber fun last week and all i have to show for it is this lousy photo from my phone of my finished candy corn socks:

and yes…  those are the ampersand socks in puck’s mischief…  finished them last night.  also started the second candy corn sock and am 4 balls into the 9 ball wrap/shawl i’m knitting myself that was, as yet, unmentioned here at the blog.

i finished two things tonight!!
well, i use “finish” lightly, as one was a sock, and it’s not really finished ’til it’s a pair, right?
